The NDAA of the United States (John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act 2019) is a federal law that specifies the budget, expenditures and policies of the U.S. Department of Defense and prohibits the procurement of video surveillance and telecommunication equipment by the U.S. government from certain Chinese companies and their subsidiaries. RiskBand products, namely RiskBand Aries devices, do not contain components from any of the companies highlighted in NDAA 2019, Section 889.
